Narcissa is the namesake dairy cow who presides over Hudson Valley farm, Locusts on Hudson. Managed by farmers Zach Wolf and Olivia Kirby, the farm produces organically-grown vegetables, herbs, and eggs specifically for Chef John Fraser’s health-driven menu.”
